What is the accessibility like in our properties?

Howburn Residence

Due to the age of our property which was constructed around 1900 although extensively refurbished we do not have elevator access at Howburn Residence.

Should you require assistance for check in with your luggage we are happy to assist by prior arrangement.

Queens Highlands

Please note all of our apartments at Queens Highlands have elevator access to the apartment.

Is car parking available?

Howburn Residence - we can offer free parking lot access 0.1 miles from the property by prior arrangement

Queens Highlands - All apartments have either one or two allocated spaces and plenty of visitor parking

How often is housekeeping ?

Full housekeeping service is provided weekly

Are there decent kitchen facilities?

All apartments feature quality kitchens with everything you need during your stay.

Is there WiFi available?

All our apartments have high speed broadband internet access.

Is houskeeping available?

Weekly housekeeping is included for all bookings, Howburn Residence feautures an additional weekly waste/rubbish uplift service

Is there security at the properties?

All communal areas are covered by CCTV and all communal areas are secured by double security doors

Are pets allowed?

We are pet friendly however certain breeds are exluded, please contact us prior to booking to dicuss your requirements
